ما نجمعه منك مباشرة

عند ملء اختبار MOND Score أو نموذج التقديم نجمع: اسمك، ورقم واتساب، وبريدك الإلكتروني إن أدخلته، واسم نشاطك التجاري، وموقعك الإلكتروني أو حسابك على إنستغرام (أو إفادتك بأنك لا تملك أيًا منهما بعد). ويضيف نموذج التقديم نوع نشاطك. ونحفظ إجاباتك عن أسئلة الاختبار ونتيجتك. وإذا راسلتنا على واتساب نحفظ المحادثة. لا نطلب رقم هوية ولا بيانات بطاقة ولا أي بيانات دفع في هذه الصفحات.

ما يُجمع تلقائيًا عن زيارتك

نحفظ مصدر زيارتك: معاملات الحملة في الرابط، ومعرّفات النقر من Meta وGoogle، والصفحة التي جئت منها والصفحة التي دخلتها. وتعمل أدوات قياس من أطراف أخرى قد تضع ملفات تعريف ارتباط أو معرّفات مشابهة، وتقرأ عنوان الصفحة ونوع المتصفح والجهاز وبلدك على مستوى تقديري. نذكر هذه الأدوات في القسم التالي، ولا تعمل أي أداة منها إلا إذا كانت مفعّلة لهذا الموقع. يمكنك تعطيل ملفات تعريف الارتباط من إعدادات المتصفح.

من يعالج بياناتك معنا

نستخدم هذه الجهات لتشغيل الموقع والتواصل معك: Google (Firebase لتخزين بياناتك، وGoogle Analytics للقياس، وGemini لتوليد الردود الآلية على واتساب)، وMeta (Meta Pixel وConversions API للقياس، وWhatsApp Business للمراسلة)، وMicrosoft Clarity لتسجيل كيفية تصفح الموقع، وResend لإرسال البريد الإلكتروني، وCalendly لحجز المكالمات. وتصل بيانات النماذج أيضًا إلى نظام Admireworks الداخلي الذي نتابع منه الطلبات. نرسل إلى Meta إشعارًا بأن تسجيلًا حدث، بمعرّف مشتق من بريدك أو هاتفك، حتى لا يُحسب التسجيل الواحد مرتين. إن فعّلنا أداة قياس أخرى فسنضيفها هنا قبل تشغيلها. لا نبيع بياناتك.

لماذا نستخدمها

للرد عليك وتقدير ما إذا كان MOND مناسبًا لنشاطك، ولمتابعتك بالبريد وواتساب بعد طلبك، ولقياس المصادر التي تأتي بطلبات حقيقية. أساس المعالجة هو موافقتك عند إرسال النموذج ومصلحتنا المشروعة في قياس أداء تسويقنا.

مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ ببيانات الطلب طالما كان الطلب قيد المتابعة أو كانت العلاقة قائمة، ولا نبقيها بعد ذلك أطول مما يلزم لهذه الأغراض. بعدها تُحذف أو تُجرَّد من كل ما يعرّف بك.

حقوقك والتواصل

تستطيع في أي وقت أن تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو سحب موافقتك، ولا تحتاج إلى ذكر سبب. اكتب إلى hello@getmond.com ونرد عليك بالكتابة. في كل رسالة بريد تسويقية رابط لإلغاء الاشتراك، ويمكنك أن تطلب إيقاف الرسائل في أي وقت بالكتابة إلينا. هذا الموقع موجّه لأصحاب الأنشطة التجارية، ولا نجمع بيانات من هم دون الثامنة عشرة عن قصد. وإن تغيّر ما نجمعه أو إلى أين نرسله، نحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخها.

What you give us directly

When you complete the MOND Score quiz or the application form we collect: your name, WhatsApp number, your email if you enter one, your business name, and your website or Instagram account (or your statement that you do not have either yet). The application form also asks for your business type. We keep your quiz answers and your result. If you message us on WhatsApp we keep the conversation. We do not ask for an ID number, card details or any payment data on these pages.

What is collected automatically about your visit

We keep the source of your visit: the campaign parameters in the link, the Meta and Google click identifiers, the page you came from and the page you landed on. Third-party measurement tools may set cookies or similar identifiers and read the page address, your browser and device type and your approximate country. We name those tools in the next section, and a tool only runs if it is switched on for this site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Who processes your data with us

We use these providers to run the site and to contact you: Google (Firebase to store your data, Google Analytics for measurement, and Gemini to generate the automatic WhatsApp replies), Meta (Meta Pixel and Conversions API for measurement, and WhatsApp Business for messaging), Microsoft Clarity to record how the site is browsed, Resend to send email, and Calendly to book calls. Form data also reaches the internal Admireworks system from which we follow up on requests. We send Meta a notice that a sign-up happened, with an identifier derived from your email or phone, so that one sign-up is not counted twice. If we switch on another measurement tool we add it here before it runs. We do not sell your data.

Why we use it

To reply to you and judge whether MOND fits your business, to follow up by email and WhatsApp after your request, and to measure which sources bring real requests. The basis for processing is your consent when you submit the form and our legitimate interest in measuring how our own marketing performs.

Retention

We keep request data while the request is being followed up or while the relationship lasts, and we do not keep it longer than these purposes need. After that it is deleted or stripped of everything that identifies you.

Your rights and contact

You can at any time ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or to withdraw your consent, and you do not need to give a reason. Write to hello@getmond.com and we reply in writing. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop messages at any time by writing to us. This site is aimed at business owners and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If what we collect or where we send it changes, we update this page and its date.
